A Propos du Programme en Indonésie

Participer à un programme de volontariat est le meilleur moyen de se confronter à certaines réalités tout en découvrant une nouvelle culture et en faisant des rencontres enrichissantes. Les bénévoles se joindre à notre programme peuvent choisir leur propre date de début et la durée de leur programme. Votre programme débutera par un transfert de l’aéroport de Denpansar (Bali). Vous devez arriver le dimanche avant la date de départ. La durée minimale du programme est de 2 semaines. Vous pouvez commencer votre programme avec la semaine de la culture mais ce n’est pas obligatoire.

Les volontaires sont actifs 5 jours par semaine avec le week-end libre. Les volontaires sont libres de faire ce qu’ils souhaitent pendant leur temps libre (en dehors des heures de volontariat). Pendant votre temps libre, vous avez l’opportunité de découvrir la région. En rejoignant un projet humanitaire, vous sortez des sentiers battus pour partir à la découverte de ce pays fascinant. En immersion dans le pays, vous découvrez la culture et le mode de vie de l’intérieur.

Le coordinateur de programme local sera disponible pour vous fournir toute l’assistance et les conseils dont vous puissiez avoir besoin durant l’ensemble de votre séjour.

Où est le Programme? 

Indonésie compte environ 300 groupes ethniques, chacun ayant des identités culturelles développées au cours des siècles et influencé par indienne, arabe, chinois et sources européennes. Bali est une île indonésienne située à l’extrémité la plus occidentale des îles de la Sonde, située entre Java à l’ouest et Lombok à l’est. Il est l’une des 33 provinces du pays avec la capitale de la province à Denpasar vers le sud de l’île. Bali est réputée pour ses divers et complexes formes d’art, comme la peinture et la sculpture. 

Le programme est basé à Ubud. Ubud est une ville dans le centre de Bali et est considérée comme le centre culturel de Bali. Il est célèbre comme une maison des arts et du moyeu de l’artisanat, et la plu part des villages de la ville et à proximité semble consister en ateliers et galeries d’artistes. Il y a quelques remarquables d’architecture et d’autres sites à être trouvés, et un sentiment général de bien-être pour être apprécié, tout cela grâce à l’esprit, l’environnement, et le climat de l’endroit.

Conditions de participation – 

  • Tous les programmes de volontariat requièrent un niveau d’anglais suffisant pour pouvoir communiquer et comprendre les informations/instructions sur le projet. Il n’y a aucune qualification ou formation requise dans le cadre d’un volontariat social. L’objectif est de permettre à des personnes motivées de découvrir le monde de l’humanitaire par des projets. Les qualités les plus importantes sont pour nous : la motivation, la flexibilité, l’ouverture d’esprit et le désir réel d’aider les autres sans attendre quoique ce soit en retour.
  • Les bénévoles doivent présenter un casier judiciaire vierge afin de participer au programme.
  • Les bénévoles doivent être en bonne santé physique
  • Les bénévoles doivent être conscient que les conditions de stabilité, de santé et d’hygiène sont moins bonnes que dans notre pays
  • Les bénévoles doivent être âgés d’au moins 18 ans pour participer au programme.

Hébergement et Repas – 

Vous logez dans une volunteer house en chambre partagée. Chacun partage les tâches ménagères dans une atmosphère décontractée. Les repas sont inclus (3 repas par jour en semaine, 2 repas les week-ends (sauf ceux qui sont pris en dehors du lieu de résidence).

Projets de volontariat en Indonésie

Voici les projets disponibles. Vous pouvez choisir entre différents types de projets et vous pouvez combiner les différents projets sur le formulaire de demande. Il y a plusieurs projets disponibles dans ce programme. Aucune compétence ni expérience n’est demandée pour faire cette mission. Il vous faudra cependant arriver avec un esprit ouvert, prêt à découvrir peu à peu, être flexible et disponible afin de vous intégrer au mieux et bénéficier de toute la richesse d’une telle expérience.

La durée minimale du programme est de 2 semaines. Vous pouvez commencer votre programme avec la semaine de la culture mais ce n’est pas obligatoire.

UBUD, BALI
Ubud is a town in central Bali and is regarded as the cultural Centre of Bali. It is famous as an arts and crafts hub, and much of the town and nearby villages seems to consist of artists’ workshops and galleries. In Ubud there are 2 locations where you can stay, in Pejeng where most volunteers stay, and Penestanan where participants for the Bali Experience, Yoga and the Adventure Program usually stay.

LOVINA, BALI
Lovina is a laid back 12 km stretch of coast to the West of Singaraja in North Bali. It is a welcome break from the bustle of the south of Bali.

NUSA PENIDA
Nusa Penida is an island is located south east to Bali. This is where the Turtle Conservation program takes place. You will start with the cultural introduction week in Ubud.

LOMBOK
Approximately 35 kilometers east of Bali is the island Lombok populated by mostly Sasak people. Lombok is known for picturesque beaches and prime surfing area. The Senggigi area has a colorful reef which provides shelter to a variety of marine life and exquisitely shaped coral and makes it a perfect place to snorkel.

FLORES
Labuan Bajo is located in the City of Labuan Bajo in Flores. Flores offers everything for a tourist destination from adventure, eco-tours and mountain climbing to traditional villages and cultural events. It has some of the world’s most exotic marine life.

Arrival Details

You need to arrive on the Sunday before the start date of the program at these airports according to your program location06:00 – 13:00 :

Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar International Airport) between 06.00 and 20.00 for the programs in Ubud, Lovina

If your first week is in Nusa Penida then you need to arive between 06:00 – 13:00.

Lombok Airport between 06.00 and 20.00 for the programs in Lombok

Komodo Airport  between 06.00 and 20.00 for the programs in Flores.

You will be picked up from the airport and taken to your accommodation.

Most programs start every Monday. Only the Bali Experience and some other programs have fixed start date, see brochures below for more info.

Accommodation & Meals

You will stay in a single gender shared room together with other volunteers. Volunteers can expect to share a room (dormitory style) with other volunteers of the same gender. The bathroom is shared, with a shower and western toilets.

From Monday to Friday you are provided with three meals per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner), and two meals (brunch and dinner) during the weekends.

Dois-je réserver mon billet d’avion moi-même ?

Oui, vous vous occupez vous-même de votre transport aérien et il faudra nous communiquer tous les détails de votre vol avant le départ.

Y a-t-il des vaccins à prévoir ?

Il est très important de se renseigner auprès de médecins spécialisés en médecine tropicale.

Peut-on partir à plusieurs ?

Il est possible de partir à plusieurs sous réserve de l’accord du partenaire.

Quel est l’âge moyen des participants ?

La majorité de nos participants ont entre 18 et 35 ans. L'âge minimum est 18 ans.

Que faire en cas de difficulté / quel suivi sur place ?

En cas de difficulté, la première chose à faire, c’est de contacter le responsable du projet sur place. Si les problèmes persistent, il faut contacter nous à ce que nous puisse clarifier la situation et intervenir si nécessaire.
