GapXperience is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Information we may collect from you

GapXperience collects personal information on its application form and contact form and through email to answer your questions correctly about our programs and to register you for the program you book. This information is collected solely for internal use within GapXperience and its partner organizations to book your program. We take your privacy seriously and do all we can to protect it. GapXperience promises to keep all information about our clients totally private. We do not sell your emails or other personal information onto other online companies. This means that information about you will be kept totally confidential.

We may collect and process the following data about you:

If you contact us via email or the contact form, we keep a record of that correspondence for maximum 6 months, then it will be deleted.
If you apply to one of our programs, we keep a record of those details for maximum 1 year, then it will be deleted.

This information is collected solely for internal use within GapXperience and its partner organizations to book and organize your program.

Credit card payments

IP Addresses and Cookies

GapXperience may use cookies to help improve the user experience on our website using Google Analytics . Cookies allow GapXperience to track usage patterns and to compile data to help improve the content, structure and user experience on our website.
